This will be my third Garmin watch and I love them. This is my first multi sport watch and I have had zero issues with it. I love how it is simple to use and I can customize it.

I really don't have a huge preference on socks as long as they are moister wicking and keep my feet dry and blister free. I have never had any issues with and Under aArmor sock and that is what I typically use to train and race with.

I used to not like wearing hats on my run but the Boco gear hats breath with no overheating issues, and keep the back of my neck from getting burnt.

I typically do not wear a hat when I run unless I am going on a log run during the day. I wear either my hat from Tyler's or my finisher hat from an ironman race.

I typically do not run with sun glasses but when I do I use Oakley half jackets with transition lenses. I prefer the transition lens for when I am running around dusk or dawn.

I would use this for every run I did when I was competitive to ensure I was pushing my body in the appropriate zone. The trip HR monitor also lets you take it on your bike and sync to your bike computer or in the pool.

I use a bib strap to pre-attach my bib to so I do not have to fool with safety pins on my clothes. This is really important for triathlons since you shouldn't swim with your bib on.
