Blueberry & Kale Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 C Old fashion oats

1 scoop Protein powder (I use ON Vanilla)

1/8 - 1/4 t Cinnamon

1 T Chi Seeds

1-2 C Kale

3/4-1 C Frozen blueberries

1/2-1 C Water

1/2 C Ice

Substitutes or add ons

Brussel sprouts 

Apricots 

Banana 

Whatever you want really...I choose ingredients based on what nutrients they have in them.

Instructions

1. Put the oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and chia seeds in the blender.

2. Put the blueberries and kale in the blender.

3. Pour the water in.

4. Turn on the bender on a slower speed, I use the mix setting on the Cuisinart, and let it go.

5. Add additional water or ice to the consistency you like.
